Dean & Dyball is a well known and respected regional contractor working in both the civil engineering and building arenas, with offices primarily in the south of England.  The building markets currently focus on commercial, industrial, interiors, retail, and leisure.   

There is a complementary fit with existing businesses in Balfour Beatty, and the non-building work will continue to trade as Dean & Dyball within the Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering portfolio.   

However the need to integrate, and the strong brand presence of Mansell in the regional building sector across the UK, has led to the decision that generally Dean & Dyball’s building work will become part of Mansell and adopt its brand at an appropriate time.     In the meantime, business will continue under the capable leadership of Chris Haworth, Managing Director of Dean & Dyball Construction Ltd.
